He always tries to help and signpost you in the right direction. I really enjoyed taking a stroll in the beautiful garden and watching the fish. Thank you for a memorable stay.

  Staying at 50C was very exciting. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and the house is well maintained. Mr. M is a pleasant person to have as your landlord. It was pleasant staying there.

  Mr Mauceri (Mr M) is the best landlord I know for students looking for accommodation near the Medway campus of the University of Greenwich. He is always attentive to tenants and is efficient on all maintenance issues. Always innovating to increase the well-being of his tenants, I had one of the best rental experiences in his residence at 75 Milner road. Just two words: "Do not hesitate."

  I had the pleasure of residing in Mr.M's accommodation for over a year and only vacated due to a job opportunity that required me to move far from Kent. Otherwise, I would have gladly continued living there. Mr. M is an exceptional landlord, and finding someone like him is rare. His property is safe,serene, and he consistently provides support to his tenants in any situation.   I have been a tenant of Mrm student accommodation for nearly a year. I have lived in both 20 corporation road and 75 milner road houses. My experience was highly positive. The landlord is very friendly and fair person who respects his tenants’ privacy , acknowledges any concerns they have and resolves as rapidly as possible. I would gladly recommend this student accommodation to any student.

  If you are looking for warm, quiet and affordable accommodation, this is the place to be. I spent my first crucial months im house 20 and it provided all I needed to start a new life in the UK. I love all the facilities but the garden is my favorite! The landlord is very accommodating, very responsive and probably one of the kindest persons you'll meet in the UK. You can make this house a home with lovely housemates too!

  Mr. M is a great landlord. I stayed at 75 for four years. The house was well kept and issues were addressed in a timely manner.   I lived in number 20 room 3 for two years whilst studying in Medway. The room and house was very well kept, spacious and affordable.
  Mr M is such a lovely landlord and was always there whenever the house needed caring for. I would highly recommend staying here to other students as it provides a homely place to stay and an excellent landlord! Thank you Mr M!!

  Best landlord I have come across in many years. I lived at number 20 room 2 for 2 years. Not only is he the most sufficient landlord around, but also a lovely gentlemen. I thank him for his great service and efficiency throughout the years, making my time at university a whole lot easier and better. 10/10 recommendation.

  When i came to UK for the 1st time, i didnt know anyone, and Mr Mauceri greeted me and provided me such a wonderful accommodation that i called home.
  
  I lived in house 75 for 3 years, every year extending my rent at the same place, and i have no regrets, if i would study again i would only choose Mr Mauceri's accommodation and wouldnt trade it to any other.
  
  The house i lived in was so comfortable and cozy and if there were any issues, Mr Mauceri fixed them in no time. All rooms are equiped for all student needs even with some benefits for better life. I would recommed this accommodation to everyone ( in fact i did :) ) In my opinion there are no better accommodation for such a great price in all Medway.
  
  Mr. Mauceri is a great man, from the bottom of my heart im saying big Thanks for having me, for being patient, kind and humble landlord, very professional, and understanding. Personally, i will always have soft spot in my heart for Mr Mauceri. Thank you.

  I really enjoyed living in House 75. I lived there for two years (during 2nd and final year in uni) and I have to say it was way better and cheaper compared to campus accommodation. Rooms and house are well equipped and the location is very convenient, close to campus. The Landlord is one of the nicest people, always willing to help and always make sure that students living in the house are happy. If there were any issues in the house he resolved them as soon as possible. I would like to recommend this accommodation to every student seeking for cheaper and comfortable stay during their studies.

  I lived in room 3 at number 20 for three years. The room was very spacious and the house was ideal as it was well equipped.   I was living at number 50 for a short time in my third year of university, and Mr. M was the most helpful and generous landlord I could have asked for - especially since it was my first time renting a place, having Mr.M as my first landlord was a very good and helpful experience.

  I'd rather request people to come and stay at this accomodation. Very clean rooms and well equipped houses with all amenities.

  I have lived in House 50, room 1 for a year. Mr M is an excellent landlord, he made sure that everyone living in the house was fine. Any issues were immediately resolved by him. The house is cozy, spacious and well equipped, it has a TV which is a plus point as most of the student houses don't have a TV.

  Mr M was my first landlord and I really enjoyed the stay. Everything so simple and explained for an international student. You can find everything you need as a student. Highly recommend. Will probably come back for my third year at uni.

  I lived in # 50 for during my first year at Uni and the accommodation was excellent .The house is spacious and have all the appliances you could possible need. It is very warm during the winter days and has an adequate garden area with outdoor furniture making it a great area to relax during the summer. The house is close to several groceries stores making trips to get groceries quick and effortless. During my stay Mr. M has proven to be a very reasonably, kind and reliable land lord always. I would recommend any one who seeks to have a relatively stress free accommodation to go with Mr. M specifically those who are first time renters.

  No 75 was such a great accommodation to have stayed for my last year, room 3 was spacious and well equipped.
  
  Mr Mauceri is an excellent landlord that is well deserving of praise for his thumbs up customer service skills. He was always just a phone call away, no problem was too small for him to over look,
  his tenants satisfaction was always his top priority and above all he is very down to earth and understanding.

  I have lived in two of Mr Mauceri's houses (no. 50, room 1 and no. 20, room 1) and both were exactly everything you'd hope for in student accommodation. The houses were clean, spacious and had a very
  homely feeling. Every room in the house was well equipped (the kitchen has everything you need for a functioning kitchen), the rooms had spacious desks and a pin board that I used for timetables and
  revision material.
  The rent is very very affordable and for the service you get from the landlord it's very generous indeed.
  
  Mr Mauceri made my university experience a breeze. Thanks to him I never worried about my living situation as he was only a phone call away should anything go wrong. He is lovely, kind and helpful. I
  would highly recommend him to anyone who asked.
  I will definitely be giving him a call should I ever need accommodation around the area in the future .

  I spent 1 year in 75 Milner Road room 4, the room and house was really ideal for student especially who looking for quality and affordable rent. The room was fully equipped with all student needs and
  and the home has a very very nice lounge and garden, we spent me an other home mates (Benoît and Sam) best memories there. The most important thing was the accredited landlord (Mr. Mauceri) who used
  to manage our home problems professionally through immediate response to our calls. I tried two more landlords during my stay in UK, they didn't provide the same services as Mr. Mauceri and the rent
  was even more than what I used to pay.
  I totally recommend this home and thank you so much Mr. Mauceri for everything and I will never ever forget you and your lovely home.

  I had such a great stay in your accommodation (Room 2 - 75 Milner Road). The room is very nice and the house is well equipped.
  You are a very serious landlord and have always been present when we needed.
  If I had to do an internship again in Gillingham or if one of my friend had to go there, I will recommend without hesitation your accommodation.

  I used to rent in 75 Milner Road (Room 3 and 4) for 2013/2014. The rooms are very cozy and nice. Especially the room 4 because it is in the attic. I watched sunrise and sunset only through the
  window!! The house is beautifully maintain with big garden in backyard. Of course with sweet sour white grapes! It is also fully furnished with all basic needs for a student. The landlord is the
  solver, engineer, and a very responsible landlord. Anything regarding the house, he can repairs/change. Besides that, the accommodation is also value for money! Thank you mr mauceri!
